Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup frozen blueberries or mango
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Optional: chopped walnuts, dark chocolate, granola
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, fruit, and cinnamon to a blender
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy
3. Scoop into a bowl or jar
4. Top with optional chopped nuts, chocolate, or granola
5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for thicker texture
Notes
Swap maple syrup for monk fruit or stevia for sugar-free.
Freeze mixture before serving for ice cream texture.
Blend with banana for a thicker, richer flavor.
