Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups frozen tater tots
Optional: Worcestershire sauce, diced bell peppers, green chilies
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion until fully cooked.
3. Drain grease, then stir in soup, garlic powder, and pepper.
4. Spread mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
6. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until tots are golden and cheese is bubbling.
8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
