Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups frozen tater tots
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, brown ground beef and diced onion. Drain fat.
3. Stir in garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Add soup and combine.
5. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
6. Sprinkle cheese over beef.
7. Top with tater tots in a single layer.
8. Bake 25–30 minutes until tots are golden and crispy.
Notes
Use cream of chicken soup if preferred.
Swap ground beef with turkey for a leaner version.
Add veggies like peas or mushrooms for variety.
