1 small yellow onion, diced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups frozen tater tots

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until fully cooked.

3. Drain excess grease from skillet.

4. Stir in mushroom soup, garlic powder, and black pepper.

5. Spread beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.

6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

7. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
