Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef (90/10 or 93/7)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup roasted sweet potatoes or cooked rice
1/2 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
Optional: hot honey, chili crisp, scallions, avocado, fried egg
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and break it apart while cooking.
3. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 8–10 minutes.
5. Warm sweet potatoes or rice as your base.
6. In a bowl, layer the base, then cottage cheese, then beef.
7. Top with hot honey, scallions, or chili crisp.
8. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For low-carb, use cauliflower rice.
Try hot honey for a sweet-spicy flavor boost.
